By accessing or using Portavia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Portavia provides a client portal platform for freelancers, agencies, and service teams. Features include file sharing, messaging, e-signatures, invoicing, and meeting scheduling.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Portavia for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or impair the service for other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: distributing malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or violating any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Portavia platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Portavia and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains your own — you grant Portavia a limited license to display and transmit it solely to provide the service.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Portavia, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Portavia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Portavia's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
